• Magic Planet’s normal working hours will be from 3.00pm to 9.00pm. ( Recommended entry time is before 3.30 pm)
• Programmes at Magic Planet designed as long day activities and shows. It is your responsibility to watch maximum show in your available time frame.
• Different Art Centre (DAC) is part of Magic planet, No separate ticket need for the same except normal entry ticket.
• Program/Shows running as day to day schedule wise. Please collect schedule from magic planet entry point.
• Food and beverages from outside are not allowed.
• Entry is restricted by one entry one exit basis.
• Some of our program/ Show presentation will be in regional (Malayalam only) language. But you can understand all programme because its magic !
• All person aged above 4 (Four) years need ticket. Children under the age of 4 (Four) are free to enter with family.
• Management will not be responsible for the damage or loss of any of your personal properties or belongings.
• Photography and videography are allowed. Videography during the show is prohibited.
• Parking facility is available at KINFRA compound with your own risk.
• Tickets are non-transferable, non exchangeable, non refundable and void if altered. Cancellation/ extension/ refund etc are not available under any circumstances.
• Food court in Magic Planet is functioning as pay and takes basis. Prior booking is required for packages.
• Pregnant women, heart patients, persons with high blood pressure and those prone to epilepsy are advised to avoid Tempest/Flight Fantasy.
• Guests may have to leave the park even before closing time if the situation warrants.
• The management reserves the right to close any program at any time for safety/technical reasons without prior notice.
• Smoking and consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited inside the Magic Planet.
• Any kind of bags are not allowed inside the mirror maze.
• Please supervise your children while inside the Magic Planet.
• Costumes that doesn't suit our culture will not be allowed inside the Magic Planet premise.
• Please contact main office (+ 91 944 701 4800) for any assistance including doctor, ambulance and any other.
• Please show common courtesy to fellow park guests & our service staff. Do not use any foul language and engage in unsafe and offensive behaviour.
• Dangerous / hazardous materials and pets are not allowed inside the park.

The following activities are not allowed:

• The sale of goods or services or the display of goods and services for sale
• The distribution of printed materials of any kind
• Unauthorized events, demonstrations or speeches and other unauthorised public gatherings.
• The display of any flag, banner or other emblem.
• Videotaping, recording of any kind broadcast or transmission for commercial purpose.
• Engaging in any act that may impede the operation of the park or any associated facility.
• We reserve the right to deny admission, or to require a person already admitted to leave the park, without refund or compensation, for the failure to comply with any of the Magic Planet rules, for unsafe, illegal, or offensive behavior, to ensure safety, security or order, or if we consider that the circumstances so require.

For the purpose of these rules, “we” means either or both of Magic Planet and its management.

• All Fees quoted are in Indian Rupees. The Academy of Magical Science reserves the right to change the fees at any time.
• We cannot accept liability for a payment not reaching the correct The Academy of Magical Science bank account due to you quoting an incorrect account number or incorrect personal details. Neither if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason.
• If the card supplier declines payment, the The Academy of Magical Science is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You should check with your bank/credit/debit card supplier that payment has been deducted from your account.
• In no event will the The Academy of Magical Science be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site, any websites linked to this site, or the materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.

• Tickets are non-transferable, non exchangeable, non refundable and void if altered. Cancellation/ extension/ refund etc are not available under normal circumstances.
• If refund applicable, at the discretion of the Management, will only be made to the debit/credit card used for the original transaction. For the avoidance of doubt nothing in this Policy shall require The Academy of Magical Science to refund the Fees (or part thereof) unless such Fees (or part thereof) have previously been paid.
